The overview on the back cover is as follows: "Are you ready for the truth? If so, 'Weapon of Mass Destruction: The Murderous Reign of Saddam Hussein' is a must see, again and again. It's a fact-loaded dramatic film that truthfully documents the human suffering under Hussein's regime which lasted three times longer than Hitler's Nazi Germany."
