Funny Games [5023965382825] has four people listed (in big writing) in the opening credits under "Music" and they're presently included in the online database with the "Composer" role. However, three were dead long before the film was made and the fourth wrote music that was used in the original version of the film ten years earlier. So none of these people appear to have written any music specifically for the film. (The movie has no other 'music credits' other than the stuff at the end in small writing where it lists the details of all the individual songs etc used in the usual way.)
Do they get any sort of entry in the online database?
It's my 50th birthday today.
Thanks - Paul | | | Do you ever find yourself striving for perfection with an almost worthless attempt at it? Guttermouth "Lemon Water". Also, I include in my Profiler database VHS tapes, audio DVDs, audio books (digital, cassette and CD), video games (digital, DVD and CD) and 'enhanced' CDs with video tracks on them, as well as films and TV I've bought digitally. So I'm an anarchist, deal with it. Just be thankful I don't include most of my records and CDs etc in it too; don't think I haven't been tempted... |

| Posted: | | | | Agreed, if they music wasn't written for that film, it doesn't get a credit. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. | Posted: | | | | I am genuinely quite touched that people have posted pictures and messages, thank you.
Getting old sucks. I can't say I'm enjoying the experience. It feels a bit too much like I'm in Logan's Run; except Jenny Agutter isn't wondering around in a very skimpy outfit. I once shook her hand for real in the revolving restaurant at the top of the BT Tower in London; she probably doesn't remember, but I do...
It was the same day I met someone I was about to start managing at work for the first time (other than at her interview). For some reason I ended up staying in her house that night (no not in 'that' way) and accidentally pulling a shelf off the wall in a drunken haze.
I'm really not very good at being a grown-up; (I was pretty rubbish at being a young person too). | | | Do you ever find yourself striving for perfection with an almost worthless attempt at it?
