| Posted: | | | | Help needed please, because Box Sets scare me. I’ve slowly (very slowly at present ) been making my way through each series of Red Dwarf, offering contributions as I go. I’m now on to Series VII (5014503169220), which is different to all the earlier ones as it’s a three (not two) disc set. The first two discs have the episodes on them and the third disk is just ‘bonus material’. My understanding is that in this situation, a separate profile can be created for the latter, (as the bonus material is not specific to any specific episode but relates to most/all of them). In this case, the bonus material consists of a lot of small items and one big featurette. My question is, should the big featurette be treated simply as that and the relevant tick box ticked, or should it be treated as a film (it's effectively a documentary) in its own right and profiled as such, with the cast and crew added for it, etc? (It does have its own end credits). Thanks! Paul | | | Do you ever find yourself striving for perfection with an almost worthless attempt at it? Guttermouth "Lemon Water". Also, I include in my Profiler database VHS tapes, audio DVDs, audio books (digital, cassette and CD), video games (digital, DVD and CD) and 'enhanced' CDs with video tracks on them, as well as films and TV I've bought digitally. So I'm an anarchist, deal with it. Just be thankful I don't include most of my records and CDs etc in it too; don't think I haven't been tempted... |

| Posted: | | | | If it is on the bonus disc.... and is clearly part of the extra features... then you should just check Featurette.... no cast/crew for bonus material. | | | Pete |
