| Posted: | | | | I have been trying to get a registration key for version 3 since yesterday, because I wanted to upgrade from version 2.4.
I seem to be stuck: I just do not receive the email the system is supposed to send me.
I heve checked my ISP's email options and folders and there is nothing. There is nothing in my spam folder at home either. Test emails sent by Outlook are received in a matter of seconds. I tried registering with two different email addresses (both handled fine by Outlook) and this does not help either.
In order to open a support ticket, you have te have a premium registration or a membership - so that does not help me either.
If anyone can help me, I'd be grateful. |

| Posted: | | | | Have you tried clicking the Registration link at the top of the page? ^^^^^^^
If so, what does it tell you? | | | Signature? We don't need no stinking... hang on, this has been done... blast [oooh now in Widescreen] Ah... well you see.... I thought I'd say something more interesting... but cannot think of anything..... oh well And to those of you who have disabled viewing of these signature files "hello" (or not) Registered: July 27, 2004 |

| Posted: | | | | Perhaps I am doing something wrong.
If I choose "Update a DVD Profiler 2.x or earlier key", the next screen says "If you have a DVD Profiler Premium Key from version 2.x or earlier, enter your name and key below exactly as in DVD Profiler. We'll generate a new DVD Profiler 3.0 Unlimited Key and assign it to your account."
But I do not have a Premium Key, all i have is a Free Key.
I could try and buy the Unlimited registration - but I do not want to do that unless I really need to and I keep getting these warnings that I need to register?
Thanks. | | | Last edited: by lawman |

| Posted: | | | | If you don't want to use the paid version, I don't think you need to register - not sure, as I have always used the paid version since my first day of finding the product..... from free to paid in 2 hours
(on old 2.4)

| Posted: | | | | After entering 50 DVDs, DVD Profiler will disable certain functions of the program until you enter a paid key. You don't have to buy it, but if you don't then when you try to access one of those features, the program will prompt you to register. The full list of differences between free and paid is here. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |
