It’s my birthday today so don’t get in an argument over any of this on my part. 1) So exactly what’s on the sleeve (if it's part of the overview) goes into the Overview; that’s always been my understanding so I wasn’t querying that. 2) In this case the on-screen episode titles gets used in preference to what's on the sleeve for the Episode Dividers. That’s what I wanted to know. 3) The Episode Dividers use standard capitals, so the on-screen titles (as they include parts that are all in capitals) need converting. I had two pints actually, went to see a band (New Town Kings, great ska band), then missed the last train home (due to the clocks going forward) and spent the whole night at London Paddington Station freezing cold, until I could get a train at 6:49am. Nothing is open at that time of night; couldn't even get a cup of coffee to drink. Spent the whole time standing at the (closed) gated entrance to the Underground, as there was a flow of warm air coming from it and tried to think of how many films have scenes in them set on the Underground or people who missed last trains.
