Found an Interview
and his CV , but still no BY... Martin: great find!! There was an e-mailaddress for him in that CV, and after some deliberation, I sent him a polite e-mail, explaining why we need his birth year, including a link to this forum thread. And I just got a response: Quoting David Lee: Quote:

David Due to Ken's recent post editing restrictions, I can't amend the first post of this thread anymore, but please: update all your entries for this David Lee (you'll find the filmography in the CV mentioned earlier) with the birth year of 1958. And it's completely helped me out as well as I was just able to sort through all the David Lee's in my local and assign the appropriate birthyears (I only needed two as well as I only have three David Lee's in my local at this point).

If someone could do some research into when My Fair Lady was playing, then remove 9 years from that, it would give a BY  . That second link also gives a middle initial of "C". Google spits out another David C. Lee, who is a photographer, but appears to be a different person. According to this, the C stands for Clark.
