DVD Profiler crashes every time I initiate a sync from my Android phone

(this is a support ticket posted July 25, 2019 9:25 AM... no response...)

Well... the title says it all...

I have tried to work around this by deleting the database on the phone and recreating it, to no avail.

This is a showstopper!

Any clue?

First rule of DVD Profiler: When anything unexpected happens, run a database repair!
