"Based on the Original Scenic and Costume Designs by"
- There is otherwise no Costume Design credits, only wardrobe and dresser credits
"Based on the Original Sound Design by"
- There is otherwise no Sound Design credit
"Based on the Original Hair and Make Up Design by"
- There is no other Make Up Design credit, but there is a Make Up Artist credit
The film is Barrymore, 2011, starring Christopher Plummer, and is adapted from the stage play.
I am inclined to include all of them, but would appreciate a second opinion. | | | If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world.
