| | Posted: | | | | Here's a tip for those who find it hard to enter foreign characters, like characters with accents, umlauts or other "embellishments". https://www.typeit.org/I put embellishments in quotes, because those who use these languages would not neccesarily consider them just embellishments, but I couldn't think of a better word. In Swedish, for example, å, ä and ö are not characters with embellishments, they are actually separate letters (at the end of the alphabet). So no need any longer to aggravate the French by entering François as Francois.  Note, though, that not all characters are supported in DVD Profiler, like the Czech š or ž. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users.

Well, the character map isn't organized in a very user friendly way. Here you can select the country you want and only get those that are relevant for that country. | | Posted: | | | | Yes, the Windows clipboard does a pretty good job. As long as the character exists in your locally used codepage it will be translated. But especially if your Windows system uses a codepage different from "Windows Western" the translation pretends to work while it fails... | | | | Complete list of Common Names • A good point for starting with Headshots (and v11.1) |
