Accidentally Uploaded Blank Collection from IPHONE

Hello, I had a collection of 1548 titles on my profile, before I did a an upload from my phone, I was thinking it would upload to the phone, when i should have clicked download. Now my online profile has no titles and I was wondering if there was a way to restore it... Can someone assist?

You could re-upload to the online database from your PC version and then download to your phone

Yeah but unfortunately I can't get to the old back up as it is on the old PC i don't have access to... I was hoping there would be a way to restore online database.
