| Posted: | | | | So here is the problem. I bought Babylon 5 the Fourth season several years ago (UPC: 085392797226), when it was packaged as a digipak. I did not get around to watching it until about a week or so ago and the 5th disc would not play. So I had to purchase the repackaged version (UPC:883929048038). Now the original UPC had the children profiles but the repackaged one did not. So what I did I created alternates for the original children DVDs to use for the new UPC. I am not sure what happened, but I created the new DVDs with the Sweden locality. I submitted those profiles and were accepted. However when I try to re-submit the repackaged UPC it is rightfully rejected because the children profiles have the Sweden locality. I tried to change the locality of the children profiles to USA (which is what it should be) but I cannot. It tells me that the profile already exists in the database (the original digipak release). How can this be? I created new alternates for these discs. I have done this several times in the past few weeks (Taxi. Mork and Mindy, Dexter, and Mad Men repackages series). Should I create another alternate with the USA locality? How can I have the Sweden locality DVDs deleted from the database?
Sorry for creating this mess!
