Doing a CLT search for Aaron Paul, on page 2 there is a Hidden Title on the results.
Aaron Paul as DJ in Club (as DJ Aaron Paul)
I did a CLT search for DJ Aaron Paul and no results.
So, if his credited as would all be in the first name field as DJ Aaron Paul, does that at all change the fact that he's a DJ and would it mean that his name would actually be Aaron Paul?
If it is, then a birth year would be needed for the more famous Aaron Paul. |

I tried to google search for this DJ Aaron Paul, and there isn't much out there. The Footnotes on the following site says that his is a non-sexual role and that his credit is as a DJ in club. But even if we *do* consider it a job: nowhere do the rules state that each and every job title gets entered into the "credited as" field only - instead, that's only said about "military rank/affiliation or other honorifics". I neither consider DJ a military rank/affiliation, nor a honorific (see Wikipedia for wat a "honorific" is), so I wouldn't apply that rule here. |

So be it DJ Adam or DJ Adam Smith, it would all be entered in the first name field and even if there is another Adam or Adam Smith in the database no birth year is needed to separate the two?

Just want to make sure. That's how I would do it, yeah - when it's their common name, of course. Examples from my own database are "DJ Git Hyper", "DJ Quik" and "DJ Whoo Kid". I've listed them all as stage names, in the first name field only. |
