data base query is corrupted

should I reinstall .. or uninstall the query,  and then re install .. what is the proper procedure ..

what is happening is when I open and run data query and then do a search it crashes ( it stalls it hangs it freezes ..) 

I have done numerous repairs . .when I don't open or run query the data base works fine ..  But I really would like to use query on finding certain titles I have listed in location and slot area ..
In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

Hopefully Mark can help you, but alternatively you can use ProfilerQuery for the same thing.
My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users.

thanks  never heard or had used this ap before ,,, is it fairly easy to install and use..with windows?

So with Profiler not up and running-  I downloaded the zip file // extracted all the files to my exact DVD profiler folder ( my documents) ,, then started up DVD 4.0 profiler ..  its now up and running ... 

so now where?  your 'read me'  folder had no specifics ..

It's a free standing program, not a plugin.
Run ProfilerQuery.exe and read the help file.
My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users.
