| Posted: | | | | The two Paddington movies have this credit for the creator of the original Paddington Bear books from 1958: Most profiles in the database list this credit under Created by but is this correct or should it be something else? Shouldn't it be Original Material since Michael Bond is the creator of the original books and not the movies? | | | Think different

| Posted: | | | | The way he's created, it looks more like "Original Characters by". Like how we'd credit Bob Kane on Batman movies. I think "Created by" is mostly used for TV shows which have creators. The position doesn't really exist in movies. | | | My DVD/Blu-ray Collection My Letterboxd Page | | | Last edited: by Rizor |

| Posted: | | | | Why wouldn't we enter it exactly as credited? | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom. Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand. The Centauri learned this lesson once. We will teach it to them again. Though it take a thousand years, we will be free. - Citizen G'Kar |

Only the main character was created by Michael Bond - comparable to Ian Flemming for most of the Bond movies. | | | Complete list of Common Names • A good point for starting with Headshots (and v11.1) |
