I was just correcting an entry for the Westworld series 4K set (9398700035523) which was submitted as a BD/4K combo but is only 4K. Within DVD profiler it now reads as 4K only, but on submission the field in the submission shows the change as "Media Types: 4K UltraHD & Blu-ray Combo" to "Media Types: DVD".

I experimented with other sets and this happens every time. Not sure yet if after the database makes the change whether it will actually still be DVD, or that is just an odd display bug. Will have to see if my contribution is rejected first.
