So I got a title from Arrow called "The Witches" and when I enter the UPC (760137093589), the "Add to Owned" button grays out. Not sure why since it's the usual 12 digits. But if I add another digit, I can click the button. Has anyone had this happen and if so, what's the remedy?

I have no problem adding a title with that UPC. However, when I googled it, it did not seem to belong to The Witches, but to Viva L'Italia.

The UPC for The Witches seems to be 760137098386 (which I could also add). Neither of them seem to be in the online database, but you should still be able to add them.

Yeah, I see what happened. Both The Witches and Viva L'Italia have the same UPC (I have both in hand now). Will have to add one (The Witch since L'Italia does come back to that UPC) via disc ID.

Actually you want to use alternate version.... not the disc id.
