System Requirements - Where Are They?

I've looked in vain for the system requirements for DVD Profiler.  They're not even in the release notes, although since the 'Release notes for the latest version' (http://www.invelos.com/dvdpro/ReleaseNotes.aspx) takes you to v3.9.1, maybe that's not strictly true, I have no way of knowing.
What I do know is that v4.0.0 won't install on my server, an old Windows Server 2003 server (the server itself isn't old, it's a 2012 i5 laptop with RAID SSDs).

To be honest it is a bit surprising because I just tested it on one of my old test virtual machines where a Windows XP (32bit) is running and it installed just fine:



How exactly does this "won't install" present?

Then, on the other hand, even Microsoft has ended support for this OS more than two years ago:

Note: DVD Profiler is not supported on Windows 98
or earlier operating systems, nor is it supported on
Beta operating systems, or tablet operating systems
such as Windows RT.
