I've got a problem since a few days : when I add a new profile, no collection number is given to it and it disapeared from the windows where we can choose personal information. I have to re-attribuate the collection numbers to get a one.
Have I done something wrong ?

I used to have custom categories but I deleted them a week ago. Now that you tell, this problem began at that time.
When I check "Collection number" and click "ok", the box remains unchecked and I still don't have any numbers.
The problem may comes from these changes, I'm searching in that direction.

I had made all the collections hidden execpt "All" : no collection number
Now I hided all but "owned" : collection number back and working as it used to
