I would like to contribute a common name thread for Art Director Harry Otto / Harry E. Otto / Henry Otto.

A lot of great research and work by all of those involved!
The latest results have confirmed the outcome, although it is very close.
His IMDb profile shows that this Art Director will be working in other productions later into 2019, so it is likely that these results could change, depending on crediting.
However if everyone agrees, it appears that for now, Harry Otto will be the Common Name.
