No Online Profile Refresh

There has been no online profile refresh since Friday, has anybody else noticed this? I'm using version 3.9.1...

The main contributors are using the 4.0 beta and cannot upload new info.  You are free to update your own profiles, with or without contributing them to the database, whilst you wait for new information or a program update.

That is not it. I'm talking about the Online Profile Download in DVD Profiler.
