| Posted: | | | | I just purchased the Windows and Android Version of DVD Profiler. I think is has the best price/perfomance ratio I could find.
So I scanned my disc collection yesterday. No problems, works just fine.
Today I wanted to add some new discs, the program downloaded the online profiles (I guess thats a kind of database of all known discs..?). And this download is damn' slow... between 40 to 55 kb/s.. reminds me of the days when I used analog modems... Is this a temporary thing? Does anyone get better download rates?
PS: just noticed that the download rate is allways so slow, or even slower. E.g. when download new profile/pictures for added discs.. but here it doesn't bother me so much since it takes just a few seconds. The download of the profile data took nearly 15 minutes... | | | Last edited: by KorbenDallas |

Does anyone get better download rates? In comparison, the fastest I can technically get is from apple.com: So the Invelos servers are performing quite well. Only a few MB, anyway, and the second last time I downloaded the complete Online Profile List was ten years ago. | | | Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played.
