update problem

Got new laptop and trying to set up on it. I did a fresh download of latest version and the went to ONLINE and selected to transfer from Invelos down to my laptop.  It did all movies and their info but the imagies
did not download. I have been able to tell program to refresh individual images but how can I do all 790 at once.
