In fact it's the character with the two accents on top, not the one with the two dots. Maybe there is a Hungarian around here to explain us the difference between Ő and Ö, and which international character is the nearest correspndence for the Ő. | | Posted: | | | | Not Hungarian but the German wikipedia states that the letter ő is a stressed version of the normal umlaut ö, the letter ó is a stressed version of the letter o. The Hungarian alphabet contains three versions of this umlaut: ö, ó and ő; so ö is not just a German umlaut.
The letter õ does not exist in Hungarian, so we can rule that out.
I would say ö is the best possible solution here. | | | Think different
