I would love to be able not just share between pc to pc but also sync. As with a phone.
So that I can sync stationary PC with a windows phablet. (Don't mind my Spelling)

Best regards Ronnie I think I understand the difference between sharing and syncing, but it would be interesting to know how you see the usage scenario that benefits from it - if you don't mind ... no rush, I'm just curious. (I'm kind of intentionally playing a bit dumb to see what I can learn from you - I'm thinking about getting a Surface someday.) | | | Thanks for your support.

| | Posted: | | | | I have a cheap dual boot tablet - Win/Android. I have some ideas to try before getting my Surface someday:
- Keep the master on the tablet. Share to the desktop. So when I leave the house, I make changes on the tablet, then reconnect the desktop when I get home.
- Keep the master database in the cloud, such as Drop Box. Sign off the desktop when leaving home. The tablet then loads the database non-shared.
- Setup port forwarding so that sharing works outside the home.
- Sync both to the online - does that work? Not sure.
