problem with backup

after many years of trouble free IOS  Data on my iphone ,, I decided to delete and replace the program and do an update but it is not quite the same as before..


the data show two areas being skipped ..

Ideas  to fix??
In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

Can't see or find the switch , my iPad must have it it updates are fine , but ios doesn't  see it or locate it.
