This is the first correction I've submitted in quite a while and I'd like to make sure I've done it correctly.

The DVD is:

The Hitmen Diaries: Charlie Valentine

The current database spells the title Hitman.

The Profile Status shows incomplete submission. What do I need to do to make it complete?

I also wanted to add notes saying I checked the DVD to confirm the correct spelling. How do I do this?

When you contribute, you need to fill in your notes in the notes box, check the section you are contributing and click the submit button. If you see it as incomplete, you closed the window without clicking submit.
