  I've seen this happen on my phone, and it turned out to be some sort of lag between the program updating/installing and the images showing up.  If it continues (give it 48hrs), try this:

Go in to cover size settings and change to another  size. Your call as to how small or large. If you are using a large size, go one size smaller. Run a sync.  This should force any images to update. It will also take some time, so plan on that.
