I recently purchased 4 blu-rays from Amazon UK and when adding them to my collection. none of them were already in our database so I added them. I scanned the covers showing the UPC and when attempting to submit them to our database, only one worked correctly - 'The Living and the Dead.'
On the other three submissions, the cover scan didn't display on the form and I keep getting invalid submission status.
Not sure what is wrong. I have submitted plenty of cover scans in the past but can't figure out what I am doing wrong. I tried both Windows 7 and Windows 10 using Internet Explorer and Firefox.
Anyone else ever problems submitting cover scans and getting the "incomplete submission" status?
