The French fashion designer Hubert de Givenchy designed costumes in some films like Breakfast at Tiffany's.
He also had his own fashion company called Givenchy.
In some films there are credits like this:

Since the rules state not to include company credits, the question is whether those credits stand for the company or the person.
Are those valid credits or not?
Think different

Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end.

Two hints, why the company is meant instead of the person:
a) the appended ", Paris" - Persons are seldom grounded...
b) the verb designed is missing - wardrobe and gowns are usually supplied, while costumes are designed

Only hints, but enough for me to suggest to ignore this credit.

Gowns by Hubert de Givenchy (person) would be a valid credit.

Gowns by Givenchy (company name) would be invalid.

both credits in OP should be invalid.

It's referencing the company.
