Hi, your system is outdated, you need at least a CPU with Intel Kaby Lake architecture, or better Coffee Lake, 32.0 GB of RAM and a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 with Pascal engine, not to forget the OLED display, to run DVD Profiler for Windows on Windows 10.1607. | | | Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played. Windows has a habit of changing authentication mechanisms. Some things to try: (1) Try starting up without plugins (diagnostic mode) - see if that makes a difference (2) Run DVDP as administrator and / or in compatibility mode (although is shouldn't be necessary) (3) Ensure DVDP is authorized to pass thru your Firewall(s) (4) If your database is on external media, are all drivers up to date? (5) Try re-installing DVDP Good luck. If you figure it out, please come back and let us know, so we learn from your success. | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here.
