not able to sync between Iphone 6+ and pc(windows 7)

The last couple of times I tried to sync updates from iphone(which I use to scan the dvd and bluray titles in my collection) to my laptop, I get the following message:- " Error Sending change. Continue" and "Retry, Skip, Cancel" all underneath each other. I had no problems scanning my blurays. but since trying to do my dvd's this has happened. If I switch off the Send Changes, I lose the scanning updates done already, and if you have done 50 or more it gets annoying. Can anyone help me please? I have windows 7 on my laptop, Iphone 6+.

I had this problem yesterday on both my iPad and IPhone. I eventually got them both to update but now a lot of Bly day DVD combo sets only show the DVD.  Where has my bluray information gone.?  I also have an entry listed at the top that has no details.

I did A database rebuild and everything is working as it should

For iPhone or ipad users, if we want to transfer or backup data to pc or Mac computer, we can use direct data transfer tool, itunes doesn’t allow us to transfer the data directly, so when we want to backup or transfer these pics to pc, it can be a little bit complicated.
I think a data transfer or backup tool can help a lot. Transfer photos from iphone to pc.

Transfer texts from iphone to computer.
