| Posted: | | | | I am confused as to why my contribution for the Blu Ray of The Boy has been declined, I have put the same amount of information that was put for all the other contributions that have been excepted and released but have no idea why this one hasn't been. | | | @GnatsUK Xbox Live GT: Gnats White Noise Online co-host |

| Posted: | | | | The first step is did you get any no votes and if so what were they. Next did Invelos leave any type of note with the decline. Other then that it would help if you gave us the notes you used. Sorry but you really didn't give us any information for us to help you try to figure it out. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | I have never had votes for any of my contributions, they just get released. The Boy that keeps getting declined has the message The UPC/EAN of the contributed cover scan does not match the profile's UPC/EAN. Now as the disc ID has come straight from the Blu Ray in my PC and the scans are straight from the cover, and it is a newly created entry where all the information is taken from the disc and or cover I can't see what else I have done wrong. | | | @GnatsUK Xbox Live GT: Gnats White Noise Online co-host |

| Posted: | | | | Maybe you have miswritten the upc/ean in the profile you uploaded. Would check that just in case.....at least that would explain the decline message. | | | Last edited: by Wolfpig |

| Posted: | | | | Are contributing by disc ID instead of UPC for it? If so why? You always use UPC unless there isn't one or it is a child profile of a box set. Obviously there is one since they say it don't match. | | | Pete |

Obviously there is one since they say it don't match. I was about to ask the same question. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom. Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand. The Centauri learned this lesson once. We will teach it to them again. Though it take a thousand years, we will be free. - Citizen G'Kar |
