I recently purchased The Adventures of Merlin: The Complete Series on Blu-ray (US edition).
The UPC for The Complete First Season is 883929353965. When I added this title to DVD Profiler on my PC, I did not receive any notification that this was in our database. So I submitted it to our database with the UPC and it turns out that the UPC was already submitted on November 14, 2015 10:46 AM by KKCM352. Contribution comments for [883929353965] (Locked).
This entry appears to be stuck in the system - waiting to be evaluated - but it won't let me evaluate it. Would one of the gurus please take a look at this problem and see if it can be resolved.

It almost sounds like somebody submitted the profile, and then withdrew their contribution and never submitted a follow-up contribution. So it was never approved and released into the database, but their contribution notes (and "Evaluate this contribution") would still show up in the profile when the next person tried to submit it. But if it was withdrawn, it can't be evaluated.
