registration key

I have windows 10 and am unable to get the program to register when I enter the registration key number from Amazon. I keep getting a window saying, "error violation" 009A4FD in module 'dvdpro.exe'
It then says "Read of address 0000330"
Then when I click on "Details it sends me to a window that say Please describe the steps to reproduce the error"
Anyone have any clue what this is all about?

This sounds a bit confusing.
There are three different DVD Profiler products:
- DVD Profiler for Windows
- DVD Profiler for iOS
- DVD Profiler for Android

You have posted in the iOS forum, but you are obviously tring to register Profiler for Windows. How did you get a registration key from Amazon? Is it really a key for DVD Profiler for Windows? I thought Amazon only sold Profiler for Android?

My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users.

Amazon does sell DVD Profiler for Windows.

Have you tried using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page to contact Invelos directly?
