Is this a valid credit for Creature Design?

2.

Is this a valid credit for Costume Design?

From my personal point of view, none of them is important enough to be listed with DVDP.

Per the rules I'd allow the creature designer, but not the specialty costume designer, since these seem to be more like special effects designers than costume designers...
