Mr. Fasal has indeed many, many credits that don't qualify for entry in DVD Profiler. Here are a few confirmations:

Bedazzled: John Paul Fasal for "Additional Sound Design"
Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure: John P. Fasal for "Special Sound Design"
Showtime: John Fasal as "Sound Designer"

Assassins --> John Paul Fasal as Sound Editor
The Cell --> John Paul Fasal as Sound Designer
The Thin Red Line --> John Fasal as Sound Designer
Wild Wild West --> John Fasal as Sound Designer

Black Knight --> John Fasal as Field Recordist/Additional Design --> Invalid

I have a slight doubt whether these roles are correct. But that's up to the topicstarter to decide.

Deep Blue Sea --> John Paul Fasal as Sound Design Sequences
Deep Impact --> John Paul Fasal as Special Sound Design

A lot of great research and work by all of those involved!
The latest results have confirmed the outcome, although it is very close.

If everyone agrees, it appears that for now, John Paul Fasal will be the Common Name.
Thanks much to you guyz and galz for your help and responses!
