I'm unable to update the cover images on my iOS devices (an iPad 4 and an iPhone 5s, both running iOS 9.2). On new releases/profiles the images are downloading just fine, but if a profile already has cover images in place, updated cover images just won't download.
I am updating through my on-line collection.

Anyone experiencing similar issues? Any thoughts on how to resolve this?
