| Posted: | | | | It's pretty clear how the the following credit into the database: Visual Effects by XYZ CompanyVisual Effects Supervisor - John DoeThe database entry is:Divider: Visual Effects by XYZ CompanyCredit: John Doe - Visual Effects But how should credits like this be entered into the database: Just enter the company name into the divider or come with something like Special Effects by West EFX?In fact this credit actually appears later within the credits, just without any person liked to it: I mean the rules state: When including Company names in group dividers, use full description i.e. "Visual Effects by ILM" instead of "ILM". Omit company suffixes such as LLC, Ltd., Inc. Omit location specific suffix. The other Special Effects is listed with a location Credit him or not? | | | Think different
Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end. | | | Last edited: by ninso4 |

| Posted: | | | | I would credit both. I wouldn't use a header for West FX, even though it is listed later in the credits. I put it in the custom role . | | | Last edited: by ateo357 |

I would list Erick Brennan and Bruno Van Zeebroeck as well - assuming there's no "Special Effects Supervisor" credited, that is - but I would not use a divider. |
