I'm not sure how it works on Galaxy S3 but on the S5 you can go to settings and then to the app manager, select DVD Profiler and in the new window click on "move to SD card".
Recently bought films:

The Matrix [Blu-ray] | Shirins Wedding [DVD] | The Graduate [Blu-ray] | Prometheus [Blu-ray 3D] | Hwal [DVD]

In fact, the first time you run dvdprofiler in android, it asks you if you want to put medias in phone memory or in extended memory.

When I choose extended memory, the synchronisation never finishes.

And even in Galaxy S5, dvdprofiler application cannot be moved to external memory card (this option is in grey)

Hi
My observation on an older phone: the main apk must be installed to main memory. That is why the option to move is greyed out.
You can keep the database on an SD card. I have for a long time now. Sync by wi-fi takes a long or short amount of time depending on how large my update is.
My first update felt like it would never end. Ran for and hour plus. (And I had less discs then!)
I can usually change the resolution of all my titles and sync in about 20-25 minutes (if I want to). Approx. 1200 titles, maybe 1600 discs when you count the combos and TV series.
Are you syncing via wi-fi?

Yes I am syncing via wifi and I tried to decrease resolution too but it doesn't work.
I can't finish synchronisation (it stops) with my external sd card

I have 3400 titles, not enough place in my phone memory so dvd profiler is no more usable
