| Posted: | | | | Hi Guys,
After today's update I began adding new titles to my collection - all the info, cast details etc are present and correct but the covers are failing to download. 'Image Not Available'. I uploaded to my online database and the missing covers are being displayed. I have also searched my PC for the missing covers in case they downloaded to a different folder, but nothing. I then tried turning off my firewall & anti-virus which made no difference. Any ideas? I'm running Windows 7.
Thanks in advance

| Posted: | | | | I'm getting the same problem. I've tried to re-download the covers for recent additions, but that doesn't work either.
And when I try to Image Comparisons to the database, it just shows:

| Posted: | | | | I had the same issue with several profiles, most corrected by using Image Comparison. The one that did not, I edited the image (turn banners to on, saved and then changed back), afterward the Image Compare worked. Something to try. | | | Registered: February 10, 2002 |

| Posted: | | | | Same here. Some downloaded while others did not. It was an error but a yellow x next to it. However, if I went and manually downloaded for that profile, seemed to work... |

| Posted: | | | | Hi, Covers are not downloaded for almost half of my collection. Restarting DVD Profiler doesn't solve the issue.
Platform: Win7 & DVD Profiler 3.9
Thanks, Eric |

| Posted: | | | | I've also experienced the same problem, restarting DVDPro didn't help either. I ran the "test online connection" in the options menu and that worked OK. Neither my firewall nor my AV report any sort of blocking with the program so not sure what is going on.
I'm trying the repair database option now. Is there a way to force it to re-download all the "updated" profiles and images in my profile? |

| Posted: | | | | Yeah, Bitdefender just started blocking all my connection attempts to the server. Wonder why it suddenly doesn't like connections to 173.167.34.141. |
