If a SteelBook has a back j-card cover, especially with the UPC visible, you should definitely use that.

I would also say if any j-card wraps around the "front" to use that also, but I've seen some SteelBook contributions approved that removed those in place of a front scan without the j-card.

I agree. I would scan the cover as if it was still sitting on a shelf in a retail store.

The back should look as it does before it was opened. J-card and all.

Agreed.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

Agreed; as per this thread vote:

http://www.invelos.com/Forums.aspx?task=viewtopic&topicID=780093&messageID=2450932

in which the vast majority voted to not only scan the rear with J-card/paper wrap around (but obviously with the cellophane removed if possible - some people will keep steels in the cellophane for value so it might be necessary to go with that on until a better set of scans are done, as per other scans, but ALSO, front scans should include any J-card/paper wrap etc, so again it follows the general "rule of thumb": Scans should match what you would see in the shop (but without cellophane or stickers).
