| Posted: | | | | On all my devices i get an 'Upload error. Retry?' message when trying to upload. Form the iPad and iphone6, iPhone5 and iPhone 6 plus. Please help as I don't want to have to reload hundreds of titles.

| Posted: | | | | I had the same issue, but no longer have it. I'm assuming you have a corrupt database running on your device,,thats why Profiler is refusing to except the upload of the defect database. Im guessing that one profile of an added movie is/was corrupt..might be the image or something else in that movie profile.
Try this: download your last saved collection from Profiler Online, add one movie to your collection and try it again..should work then. I added 30 movies between the latest successfully saved profile and the attempt to upload which ended with the same error message you had. Those entries between latest saved profile and what you have on your device right now and try to upload are gone and cannot be restored. You need to add them all manually again. |
