Hi

I have just DL'd the latest version of both the mobile DVD profiler for an iPhone 6 and the PC version.  I have created the database using the UPC barcodes and want to upload my list to my PC so I can print off a list.

I have confirmed the ports and the connection and everything should be running properly, but when I tried to sync from my phone to the PC I got an 'error sending change. continue?' message with three options...

retry (does nothing)
skip (first time it deleted my entire database, too scared to try again)
cancel (pretty obvious)

I've checked firewalls and all things that I thought could make a difference no luck...  Any suggestions?
