In the last three weeks - my mobile iOS app has failed to sync. I get a checkmark when connecting, and a checkmark after reading the database. Then there is a small flash of the screen and copying profiles starts - and stays there. Does nothing. Never completes. I can only cancel. Nothing gets updated. I am running the latest versions of both computer and mobile software. Any suggestions?
