| Posted: | | | | Running 3.9 on Windows 8.1 and 1.1.8.54 on Android tablet. When I bought the Android program I added and synced the database without problems, but since the last two syncs (I'm up to 500 items now) , when transferred to the Windows app (update sync on tablet app) , DVD Profiler Android doesn't add a collection number to the transferred data. When I input (scan) the DVD on the Android app, the program does add an collection number to the DVD, but when I look on my Windows version, the added/synced DVD's are beneath the current list without a collection number. I then have to CTRL-P every line to add a collection number to it (and resync with the Android). Maybe since the last update, I don't really know. Any idea ? | | | Equal Rights For Replicants. |

As far as I know, from my experience, the numbering in the mobile app has been wonky since it first came out. For me, it's just something to be aware of, and take care of after I sync. |

| Posted: | | | | I can confirm this behaviour. I added about 15 discs to my collection on my mobile device and they all had Collection Numbers. After the sync they are without numbers on both devices. | | | Last edited: by MiDiAN |

| Posted: | | | | Oh i have to add something: Not just the collection numbers are gone, but all personal info I have entered (price, place of purchase) even the collection they should belong to is gone. (the were in custom collections , just in case this makes a difference while debugging). | | | Last edited: by MiDiAN |

| Posted: | | | | I can confirm what MIDIAN says. Personal info is gone after sync . (Also review (stars) and watched date is gone.) | | | Last edited: by No-way |

| Posted: | | | | One more thing: Trying to edit one of these "corrupted" entries crashes the app. |

| Posted: | | | | I am also having the issues of personal information being cleared. If i input the data in the PC and sync to android everything is fine. Input the personal info into Android and sync and all personal data gets stripped when transferring to PC. It also rewrites the entry in the Android DB without the personal data. Only started happening since new Android version. Upgrading to 3.9 didn't fix the issue either. |

| Posted: | | | | Got an answer from invelos on my ticket. The released a new beta version that should resolve this issue. I don't see it yet in play store, but Google always takes some time with updates. |
