In the box set X-Men: Cofanetto (Slip Case EAN 8010312047992) there are to amaray, the first one is the 2 disc special edition of X-Men (same Disc IDs of the X-Men 1.5 x-treme edition but different cover and without EAN) the second one is the 2 disc special edition of X-Men 2 (same cover and same EAN).
Which is the correct contribution for the child of this box set?

If I understand you correctly, you have the parent profile by UPC 8010312047992.

Two children:

#1 - since it doesn't have a EAN you create a profile by it's Disc ID.  If there is already a DiscID profile created for a different release, then create a variant.

#2 - It sounds like it already matches the release, just add hte profile to the Parents Box Set Contents.

Yes but

#1 The amaray contain 2 disc: Main Feature and Bonus Materials, should I use only the Main Feature Disc ID ?

Yes, but list the contents and disc ID in that profile.  Bonus discs only get their own profile if they span movies/children.
