Change Loan Due Date not working

I believe I have found a bug in version 2.1.6. I have attempted to change the Loan Due Date on more than one item, and it never properly opens up the option to actually change the due date.

The steps to reproduce this are:

Select an item that is loaned out.
Click on the Loaned to: field
Select Change Due Date

I have reproduced this on both an iPhone 6 and an iPad Air (first gen)
Both are running iOS 8.2
