Cant sync iPhone 5s

I have been unable to sync my iPhone 5S with Invelos since the last Invelos update. Any suggestions?  Very frustrating!

I just found I had a firewall issue and once cleared, it updated. I do t kniw how the issue occurred as it worked prior to the Invelos update. All cool now
