I now have 3 movies in my collection with Dobly Atmos soundtracks (I also have a new pre/pro from Marantz that decodes it). How can I add this audio format to my collection?

Currently?
Not at all

I suppose we'll have to wait for the next version of DVDProfiler.

EDIT:
For local use only
You may change the description of a none-used Audio-Track (I'd suggest MPEG 1-Audio Layer) to the desired value.
Menu: Tools -> Options -> System -> Subfield "Language" -> Button "Edit" and jump to line 2542
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

But Edit is disabled.

Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played. [Ken Cole, DVD Profiler Architect]

I find it very bad to not get such things when they start. 3D was also like this, then when you get it later you have to search all your collection to find what films need to be changed now. A new additional Audio Format is pinuts to enter, that needs no big programming and can be done on the fly. I find we should get such new things from the beginning, later you don't find anymore which films need now an update.

No there is no need to search anything when you can simply create a tag. I've always used this for "new" or unsupported features I want to track, it's what they were designed for.

Yup, I had all of my discs with two or more movies on a single side of a disc tagged for years, just for the release of the "variant" function we just got. Made it simple as pie to find them all.

Exactly. See Create, edit and set Tags, for all those unfamiliar with the function.

Thanks to all for the tips with the Tags. I never used it and did now have a look at it. It's simple and useful.

Thanks,

Fritz
