Hi. I think I know the answer, but ....
If you have a Blu-ray package with two discs, one Blu-ray and one DVD (with the same movie of course) and there is also a Digital Copy of the movie on the DVD disc. In which profile(s) does the Digital Copy feature go?

I just saw a contribution where the Digital Copy was removed from the main profile and added to the dvd child profile instead.

1. Should it be only in the main profile?
2. Should it be only in the (optional) child profile.
3. Or should it be in both? ( if the child profile exist)

Main profile only.

Really? I never really thought about it... but with it being on the disc with the DVD I would have said both. If it was just a download code then parent only. But when it is on the DVD?

I agree with Addicted2DVD.
Seems like it belongs on both.

In cases where the Digital Copy is physically located on the included DVD, I've always just seen it added in both the parent and child.

So you agree that at least it should belong in the main (parent) profile? That's the most important question for me. (I don't use the child profiles of combos.)

I ask again, because Invelos does not agree. They accepted the contribution. So now the Digital Copy has been removed from the main profile.

There was one yes vote and one (my) no vote. The yes vote was placed before my no vote. I explaind that a digital copy existed in my package and that not everyone use the child profiles in combos. But that didn't help.

I'm a bit disappointed.

Yes, it should definitely at least be in the main (parent) profile, and I would say the child profile (DVD) also if its present on that actual disc.

Just because it was approved by Invelos unfortunately doesn't mean too much. A bunch of incorrect data gets approved all the time, and must be corrected by flip-flopping later.

Sorry, I misread.
